Job Title: Associate Relationship Manager – Home Loans
Location: Bhaner
Salary: Up to ₹40,000/month + attractive incentives
Working Hours: Full-time, Day shift
Department: Retail Banking – Home Loans
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive home loan business from open market and channel partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and builders.
- Meet monthly sales targets and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and gather client feedback.
- Provide end-to-end support during the loan processing and approval stages.
- Promote IDFC FIRST Bank’s products in Bhaner and nearby areas.
Requirements:
- Graduate degree in any discipline (preferred: B.Com, BBA, or MBA).
- 0-3 years of field sales experience in BFSI sector.
- Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills can apply.
- Local candidates from Bhaner with two-wheeler and smartphone preferred.
