Cookies and Tracking
The cookies LocoJobs sets.
- Session cookie for the admin and candidate areas
- First-party analytics cookies _tv and _tu: anonymous identifiers for visits and returning visitors; no IP address, name or email is stored with them
- apply_profile: an encrypted cookie that remembers what you typed in an application form, set only when you tick "Save my details on this device" and cleared when you untick it
Public Job Listings, API and AI Assistants
Job listings on LocoJobs are public. They are also available through a read-only public API and to AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude, so a candidate can find them there. Only listing data is published this way; candidate data, applications and resumes are never part of it.
Resumes and Applications
How long LocoJobs keeps applications and resumes, and that a candidate can ask for them to be deleted.
Data Security
How LocoJobs protects data (HTTPS, access limited to staff who need it, encrypted secrets).
Your Rights
