Job listings on LocoJobs come from employers, partner feeds, and roles we recruit for on behalf of client employers whose identities remain confidential until the interview stage. While LocoJobs strives to check listings for quality, we cannot guarantee that every role is still open, and applying through the site does not ensure a response or an offer.

Users of LocoJobs must agree to uphold certain responsibilities while utilizing the platform.

There are specific actions that are not allowed on LocoJobs to ensure a respectful and safe environment for all users.

LocoJobs provides a read-only public API and an MCP endpoint for AI assistants to search job listings. Use of these services is free within the published rate limits; however, listing data is provided as-is and may not be resold as a dataset.

The content on LocoJobs is owned by LocoJobs or its licensors. Users retain rights to the materials they submit and grant LocoJobs permission to share them with the employer for the role applied to.

LocoJobs provides job listings as-is and is not liable for hiring decisions, employer conduct, or any decisions made based on information found on the site.

LocoJobs reserves the right to suspend accounts or remove content that violates these terms. Users can request their data to be deleted at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from them are subject to the courts of India.
